Job Title: Client Support Adviser
Location: Barn 4, Dunston Business Village, Stafford, ST18 9AB.
Hours: 8:30am-5pm, Mon - Fri
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000

Client Support Advisors look after our customers to make sure they get the very best from our incredible software. Customers such as BMW, Tesla and Mercedes rely upon our team as the experts in our domain to configure their services, answer queries and resolve any technical or user based issues. To provide a little snippet into the life of the team, as I’m writing this spec, Ben is working with Jaguar Land Rover to roll out our finance quoting software onto their website; Matt is offering user support to confused.com and Kieran is working with Tesla to iron out a few API issues.
With the quantity of work and our remit ever increasing, our new Client Support Advisor needs to relish working in a fast paced environment. You will be investigating and resolving technical queries so be able to explain complex issues in a clear and understandable way. The job is ideal for someone who has dabbled in software development but wants exposure to an analytical or Client Support Advisors are expected to have a polite and friendly telephone manner and written style.
★ Dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email
★ Investigating basic technical queries
★ Investigating finance calculation queries
★ Amending finance rates and replicating lender quotes
★ Advising clients on the legal regulations of advertising finance
★ Advising media agency partners on integrating our online finance solutions
★ Creating dealer accounts internally
★ Liaising with the technical support team to resolve issues
★ Liaising with the sales team to set up new clients
★ Maintaining our CRM system
★ Experience in a customer facing role
★ A degree level education (preferably in a computing or business related subject)
★ Experience in the car retail sector, finance sector or website development.
